What can I help with?
I help individuals overcome the stressful parts of their job. I work particularly with leaders dealing with the pressures that come with the role: high stakes decisions, delegation, difficult conversations, competing priorities, constant visibility, and the loneliness that leadership can bring.
Beneath these daily stressors, I help my clients address impostor syndrome and insecurities, and develop strong self leadership: the capacity to trust your judgment, set clear direction, and act on your own convictions.
Every coaching relationship I build rests on deep listening and genuine care.
My Approach
My approach is empathetic, human, and honest. Every coaching relationship I build rests on deep listening and genuine care. You set the agenda; I bring focused attention, powerful questions, and complete confidentiality. I do not lecture or prescribe. You are the expert on your own life, and my role is to help you access that expertise.
Empathy, however, does not mean avoiding discomfort. When you are ready, I will respectfully challenge the stories you tell about yourself, because that is usually where growth begins. Clients describe our sessions as both supportive and demanding in the best sense: a place where they feel understood and, at the same time, invited to move forward.
Each engagement is tailored to the individual. We typically begin with an introductory conversation to establish goals and mutual fit, followed by regular sessions in which we track progress against the outcomes you have defined.

Coaching and Consulting:
Two Distinct Roles
Alongside my coaching practice, I also work as a leadership consultant. These are two distinct roles, and I believe it is important to be transparent about the difference.
As your coach, I do not advise, direct, or provide solutions. Coaching rests on the conviction that you are the expert on your own life and work. My role is to listen, ask powerful questions, and support you in reaching your own insights and decisions. The agenda is yours, and the answers we arrive at are yours as well.
As a leadership consultant, I contribute expertise, share frameworks and recommendations, and take an active role in shaping solutions to organizational and leadership challenges.
I keep these roles clearly separated, and I will always be explicit about which one I am operating in. That said, the two can complement each other. There may be moments in a coaching engagement where you would value direct input, and we can decide openly whether to step into consulting mode for that conversation. Nothing changes without your agreement, and we always return to the coaching relationship with the same clarity we started with.
